KINGSTON, JAMAICA - Between time coaching the UNF men's tennis program in season and all of his other responsibilities back in Jacksonville, assistant men's tennis coach Randy Phillips helped his home country of Jamaica make Davis Cup history after advancing through to the Group II stage this past weekend.
